1. On the Rigistry tab and subsequent Form, I need to add "Alternative Dr." to the drop down list.
2. On the Registry tab, the choice of co-infection needs to be changed from a bullet to a checkbox so that more then one co-infection can be chosen.
3. On the Reports tab and then the State spreadsheet, I need a "Total" column added to the upper right hand corner and to run down the spreadsheet for tallying up the number.
These changes need to be made so that the Data gets into the My SQL server and the appropriate graphs are generated.
I live on Disability from Lyme disease, so I don't have much to offer, but I can come up with a few dollars for someone. The site is to raise awareness of this god awful disease. I don't make a dime from it, nor do I want to. Lyme disease is huge and Mainstream medicine won't treat the infection for more then 30 days. The research isn't there and unless your rich, you can't get a Lyme literate Dr., who will treat you for more then 30 days and effectively.
