mobile Building Script Updates - repost

PLEASE NOTE: we have been let down badly and you need to show that you can work quickly on this please . We currently have a good working script which is uploaded to servers and you can design your own mobile website online on the FLY so to speak. Then you download to your PC and ftp to the clients website. It is developed using PHP, Bootstrap and Mysql DB. We don't have the time to create some add ons or updates and we are looking to hire some one to do some of these for us. If the fee's are competitive we will be looking at some regular request for this builder. We are happy for you to either send up advice and or do the updates and send up back the files with comments/ details as to what was added with full explanations please. We realize this will be fairly straightforward for someone with experience in php and bootstrap, MYSQL ETC [login to view URL] present all mobile designs once completed have to be download from web server to pc,then FTP'd to clients sites: We would like this to have an option where once the script is installed the mobile designer can automatically publish the mobile design on a webserver instead of being downloaded. this would need some extra fields with input data area for the servers configs if this helps. ( we would prefer a break down of files that are needed to over right the existing files in the core script, for existing users to upload THE EXTRA CHANGED FILES to the script if possible via file upload over rights ) We need the script to allow the /admin to have full continued acess to all clients deployment websites and to allow their CLIENTS to put their server/ WEBSITE details in so that all of the new pre built mobile sites will be published on the ADMINS server.( if unsure about this please ask) This will need the MySQL DB to be added to and / or adjust to cope with this. The admin user will have the control for the settings like the credentials for the deployment. provide a UI where there will be a listing of these deployment urls against users/sites. The database has to be maintained for deployment urls for each user. The other users will not have any control for the deployment settings, they will only click on deploy BUTTON (publish button ) to,activate the website they just built using our script online,ect. So basically just need admin/installer of script once bought to be able to put server settings to save unlimited sites ( ie with site design name or numbers so they are unique) and then the user clicks new button to "publish" and then their mobile site is published on admins settings website space.
