174974 Need MediaWiki Skin PSDs Coded

What We Need: Looking for someone to take designs I have for 4 wiki skins (in PSD file format) and code them for use on the MediaWiki platform. In particular I'm looking to distribute the skins widely and want the coding done in such a way as to be able to be easily used by many users and for users to be able to customize their color schemes, etc. The coder will all need to take the design elements of each wiki and extend it to summary menus created by MediaWiki. Will also need the coding to be done in such a way that users can easily install extensions such as Google adsense, etc. After being coded the skins need to be tested such that they work on Firefox 2.0 and up version, Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explorer 7.0, and Safari 3.0.2 The skins all need to be tested on made compatible to work with MediaWiki 1.10.2 and up versions. Would need to have coding completed within 2 weeks of bid being accepted. Bidders should indicate their experience with coding wikiskins and their experience with PHP and MySQL.
