We've installed the [url removed, login to view] ticket system and it works great but there is one modification we would like to this open source software.
When staff log in to the ticketing area they can view all tickets at the moment. We want that changed so that they are only able to view the "My Tickets" link which opens their own tickets which were assigned to them by admin.
We contacted [url removed, login to view] and the lead developer confirmed that they do not have such feature at the moment which is rather surprising as there are many requests for such a feature to be added in their forums. There are also suggestions there by some developers on how to achieve this so please have a look for some tips. In their forums area you can search for "staff access" or "staff restrictions".
