Password Protected PHP Photo Gallery

We are making a simple website which will have a login button link The login page should ask for an email and password, this will give them access to galleries that have been selected just for them. The galleries will be thumbnails which enlarge into a lightbox with next buttons. Just very simple. Each gallery will have a title and a message beneath it. When the client logs in they will get one welcome message which can be customised. There should be a feature to add a client, adding a client generates a password which will get emailed to them (editing the email template should be available in the admin) The admin will have the ability to upload galleries from the admin, and assign one gallery to multiple clients or to just one client. When he makes a client in the admin, he should be able to click on the client and see their last 20 access history - date, time, i.p address/location. For now we want you to use a simple wireframe design of your own, ajax look and feel will be great. We have an admin template (simplaadmin) that we can give you as a skin if it helps. After the system is working, we will give you our own css and design to make the frontend suit the design we have created. You must be an experienced coder as I don't want to find bugs in basic things, and should be available on Google Chat. The budget is max 130usd.
