We have a secure client area with three pages which need some updates as follows.
1. Change the Name of VIEW PAST STATEMENTS report to VIEW PAST DEPOSITS
2. Change the CREATE NEW STATEMENT button to say CREATE NEW DEPOSIT
3. Add a new mandatory field before the CREATE NEW DEPOSIT button titled
BANK DEPOSIT NUMBER
4. Change the order on the client login page to
Add A New Treatment
View Current Treatments
View Past Deposits
5. We need to make the breadcrumb link HOME > CLIENT AREA > SPECIFIC PAGE
where the CLIENT AREA is a link to the client area home page.
6. Add to the individual VIEW PAST DEPOSITS report the following fields:
Report Start Date
Report End Date
Bank Deposit Number (See Number 3)
