Post photos from folders to Facebook fanpage

Hello: I need a PHP program to post photos to a Facebook fanpage on a regular basis. I have a folder with a group of subfolders inside and each one has the pictures to be posted to a Facebook fanpage. 1.- The program has to read the photos, pick one and publish it to a Facebook fanpage using as the album name the folder name where the photo was located and the caption of the picture must be the name of the file. 2.- The program must be able to know which photos where already posted and not post them again. 3.- It must be able to know if the album was already created as to not create it again. 4.- It must be resilient to errors and provided detailed information about the cause for it. 5.- The program must be commented in a way that allows me to understand what it is doing. 6.- The execution must be verbose enough so I can know what the program is doing at any given moment. It is up to you if you want to use a MySQL database to store the list of photos to be published. It is not a requirement, but if it makes your job easier, go for it. If you read everything so far, add the word photophobia to your offer text.
