on submit data is entered in database and status is submitted
Data is held in database pending admin action
Admin can edit/delete/change_status of all entries
Status can be submitted, approved, rejected
Member (who requires a listing) goes to registration page (ie

He is presented with a form where he must supply:-
a) property type (user selects one from: hotel, guesthouse, selfcatering, other)

k) user is presented with 42 tick boxes to be able to select all
the facilities he has
(these ticks will enable a display of small png icons)
ie central heating, swimming pool, etc (I will supply the list later)
for j) insert image - the user is allowed to email this separately and
admin can then insert details of the path to it in database.
So the form can proceed without image being inserted.

notified that admin will contact him shortly to confirm his listing is valid or invalid.
On submit data is entered into database.
