Create a Web based form that will accept user input used for time tracking purposes. The data shall be inputted into a mysql database and also emailed when submitted by the user.
Input fields shall include
Lunch: numerical input .25 hour increments
Total Hours: Calculated time ended - time started – lunch = Total time
Task input shall be similar to the following, Department Drop down shall be a drop down box. Total time spent must add up to Total hours from above.
