Global Warming E-Commerce

What I need done: I need a website designed for my global warming business. It should contain pages of listed contests, voices, e-commerce mission, blogs, fun projects, social networks. Social Networks page will only list all social networks that I created. It is advertising business site. What I already have versus what the provider will build: - This is a brand-new site. I have rough web design in business plan (Microsoft Words 2007) but of course, I need it look way better than I design it. I need full design done, with heavy graphics, including: 1) New designed animated banners of nature disaster (related to global warming) where advertisers can upload their logo on it that will be displayed on homepage. 2) Advertisers will need to auction for a spot on homepage daily. 3) Other type of advertising on homepage is flashing advertisements. 4) If you understand the concept of dollar per pixel business, then you can understand what I am building this type of advertisement (permanent advertisements) 5) I have a business plan that I will provide to the winner 6) I am going to create social networks personally so I need somebody to create a page where I can customize categories and put in all social networks in each one. 7) Create a Administration Page 8) Process payments with credit cards and pay pal. 9) VERY IMPORTANT: This is centerpiece of this website. I need somebody to create an interesting design. This represents the image of this website… it goes like this… each time when money is contributed to the website through donation, contribution, or any other payments, a symbol that I will name in my business plan will grow strong and stronger. This image will need to follow visitors’ time zone as well. (If you do not understand what I am trying to say, ask questions!) Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a very unique look that will appeal to my visitors/clients to be interested in global warming and social networks to meet their peers. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. Specific expertise that I am seeking: Personally, I prefer a company with at least 3 employees. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus. Know how to design bidding auction for advertisers like ebay for an advertising spot on this website. Timeframe for delivery: Timeframe is flexible… quality comes first to me! Also, if this websites becomes successful, then I will be very interested in working with the winner bidder again to upgrade this website in later date… building a working relationship is expected.
