We will need a back end where we can add and manage users. We're currently familiar with PHP we are open to development on either .net or AJAX. We're open, let us know what you think. We're looking for a MYSQL backend. We can provide you with all of the calculations necessary to make carbon calculations via an excel spreadsheet with all formulas predefined for you.
