Source Code for Youtube-like Website

Need the source code for a video sharing website like youtube, using LAMP platform, i.e. Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP or Perl, Python. The script must be cleanly written, well documented and commented. Should include database file to create MySQL tables, keys, indexes, triggers and stored procedures, etc. Will need to make significant changes on the code in the second phase.
