Spot the Ball Type Game

Yeah basically a brief description of what to do on the opening page and the prize total they stand to win and then straight onto the game. then through to putting in their regestration details. I want to be able to email all members yes but not to send a new game. I just want the one picture and then if they wish to alter their choice they can just log back in and reselect otherwise their choice will just keep rolling on month to month unless they wish to change it. As each month i will get an independent judge to pick a spot on the page and the winner will be that closest to the judges pick this will irradicate any cheating if they have somehow seen the picture before. Basiically i need to be able to see how many active paying members i have so that i can reflect that in the prize fund and i also need to be able to cancell memberships when required. I also need to be able to see how many free members i currently have as i want people to have their first go free of charge. They will have to sign up still as normal so that if they win i can just pay them straight in to their account via paypal. So their first month is free and only from the second month on if they choose to continue playing will they get charged. I could probably do with having a bit on the front page saying something like 20 free memberships available and give away 20 free goes a day/week or whatever just to give people a sense of urgency to sign up when they go on the page and as people sign up it ticks down eg. 20,19,18,17 free memberships left. i then i can reset that as and when.
