Automate Link Exchange Clone

There are three parts to this script:

Part 1

Looking for a clone of Automate Link Exchange software (found at [url removed, login to view]). Please note, that this software creates a links directory but ALSO spiders the linking site to check that they have reciprocated the link. Therefore, you will need to have had experience of creating spiders.

The software will be installed on multiple sites.

It will not be an identical clone. There will be a user management system that can login. See Part 2.

Part 2

I would like to have user management system so that I can have multiple employees logging in at the same time. This part of the system will be for proactively approaching other sites for links. There will be an area where you can add a list of URLs to the system and then assigned to an employee. Then the employee can view this list of URLs and manually check the sites for email addresses and then categorise them (e.g. software, finance etc).

Since the software will be installed on multiple sites, it will need to have options to choose the site concerned and log into the appropriate database on that site.

Part 3

Statistics screen. This is for executive login only and will show the number of links generated by each employee, by day, week, month etc. There will also be an area for adding a list of URLs and assigning to an employee.

In Summary

The idea is to have multiple employees finding reciprocal links partners for multiple sites, with each employee being monitored by statistics and URLs assigned to them.

Multiple sites will have a link directory, the data stored in a MySQL backend with the host that the domain is on. Another site will host the user management system and store the list of URLs to proactively contact. It will also store the Statistics login system and data.

Must have easy installation routine for each site.

You will supply:

* Full scripts with complete resell rights (we do not intend to resell but want the rights)

* Full copyright for the script. You are not to resell it yourself

* Instructions for installation

* Demo on your Server(s) to see it fully working, prior to being paid

When bidding, please quote the total price but in your message to me, break down the price into 4 sections. Show individual bids for Part 2 and Part 3. For Part 1, please split into two: bid for cloning the product without the spidering function and bid for a clone with the spidering function.
