25841 Clone Site Please Urgent!

I need a clone of: d e a l s p o t t e r dot net. (dont want search engines listing this). I need it to be slightly different though. To get full details on all of the functions that website has, please thoroughly read and listen to the website above. There should be an admin panel created so that I can use this or my friends can use this for any domain and website. I will need it to have the ebay Ads on the homepage - in which you can enter in a keyword or choose an ebay category for that particular site. I want there to be an option about how many ads are displayed, a full page, half page, number of rows or columns, etc. - some way to offer a couple of different options. I need there to be articles listed on the right hand column - same as that website. The articles should be rotating and I will be able to submit as many articles as I like through the admin panel. I would like to be able to add whichever links that I would like to add on the left hand side. I would like several layout options. One of which the adsense ads are on the top like they are on that guy's site - one of which they are not on the top but are on the left hand side. I would also like the option to be able to add content on the homepage and move the ebay ads down a bit so I have space for some text. I would like where it currently says ebay categories - for me to add Articles there so they are listed on the homepage (to help seo ranking). But if I have too many it might look a little crazy so there will be an option for the amount of articles which I want to be added there. Then there will be a link that takes them to the article index. Under the site map - I only need the clickbank marketplace ther and I want the other links and the category title to be changeable. I will also need there to be an easy interface so I or my friends can easily add our adsense affiliate IDs, clickbank affiliate IDs, etc. so this is easy to implement.
