73848 CoOp Rotator

I need a url rotator with a few added features... 1. I want to put a limit on the number of hits each url gets. This way we can set up a CoOp and if a member buys 100 visits, when it gets to 100 it removes their URL from the list. 2. Having #1 would mean that it would need a default URL, so if all the hits have been used it would go back to a default URL to use. 3. Be able to show stats to CoOp members to see how many hits they got, but would want the stats to include visit info, like IP address and datestamp of when they visited. 4. Would need an admin page of some type to adjust and tweek these. 5. Would also like to have a way to sell CoOp option through PayPal. I know all these are quite simple and could probably find the parts and put them together, but looking for someone to do various custom jobs and figured this would be a good test to see how well we work together...
