Link and title tag extractor from a few pages online (adult sites)

In need of link extracting script/application. Script/App would visit sites I entered into it, and would be similiar to <[login to view URL]> and would copy both the links from the site, and the text between the <ahref ></a> tags. For example, a link from the above website: <[login to view URL]> Sandee Westgate loses her sexy lingerie These links and text link tags would be saved to be entered in a spreadsheet. Therefore the link and the link text would need a tab between them, so that the info would go into column A and column B in a spreadsheet. I'm also including a small sampling of other sites that I'll also want to rip the links/link text tags from also. <[login to view URL]> -- ALT text on some images will be the text link tags. <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> -- ALT text on some images will be the text link tags. <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> -- ALT text on some images will be the text link tags. <[login to view URL]> I'm sure I will also find other websites from time to time that I'd like to purge the links/text from also. I know I've requested a script or windows application, but I believe a script would be my preference. The reason being is im on dialup, these websites I want parsed are usually around 100Kb or so, so if I require 10 sites have there links extracted, this could begin taking some time. Whereas I believe a server based script would be able to connect faster, and extract the data so much quicker. I lease a server. Lemme know what your feelings are on windows based application, versus .php or .cgi based script. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .php, .cgi, .exe, etc.
