newspaper classified ad grabbing collection

Job Description:

I would like a small website hosted program (Script)

written in cgi/perl (open to suggestion)

to check 5 newspapers classified ads

to see if a keyword selected has an classified ad posted,

then it would email the results of those ads posted to me and my two sons.

This would only run once a day.

I would like this well documented

so it would be easy to fix

if the html is changed on the site

or if a newspaper decision is changed.

or if i change hosting site.

login ad password protected with small admin to change

keyword,

email address's,

the time script would run,
