22653 Product finder

This is a start up that is hevily technology dependent and I'm looking for a reliable programmer to use for the high level programming. The site is a Product finder site (not disimilar to froogle or kelkoo) with a slant-that doesn't effect the running of the site. As a paid trial for this project i'm looking for the following. An online system to allow merchants to upload there product database (in tab-delimited text file). They should then be able to review (and edit)the products details in the style the website will be laid out. The final details should then be entered into a holding database for site administarion aproval. ***For Info only*** This will later have to intergrate into a merchant login and then once the products have been approved the products will be entered into the main searchable product database. ******* This is a small component of the site be will be used as a trail of your skills. You may use any language you wish though the final output of the site will be in PHP. In summary I'm looking for a functional (cosmetic design of site will be handled later) system to allow merchants to [login to view URL] product database in tab-delimited text file [login to view URL] and edit results in the table form to be used on final site [login to view URL] the results to a holding database.
