Self Voteing Program

I dont know if this is even allowed but I am trying. I basically need a program, script, whatever, that will vote every few seconds or mintus, and in return brign my site up to the top on top 100 sites. Please contact me if anyone can help me out on this. Give me a price and we can go from there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)Will work on at least 10 top 100 sites that I state. And if changes occure we can work out a price for adding new top sites or updateing a current one. ## Platform You write it I will get what I need for it to work. ## Deadline information Not many legal issues have to be invloved.
