Send mail

We have mysql and msaccess database having six fields Product, Price, Website, Seller and email. On Linux and Windows we have sendmail facility. We want to do that when user want to see cars information is displayed like: Product Price Website Mail Ferrari 34562 [login to view URL] Checkbox Toyota 3434 [login to view URL] Checkbox If a user wants he/she can click on checkbox to send email to as much seller as he she wants to send email with a desired subject, text and attachment with preview facility, but will be unable to see actual email address. The user will able to see list only if he is registered user. We will assign him/her a password depending on password he/she will be able to see cars of a particular country. If he is premium then able to see cars from all coutries, if subscribe for a particular country then cars only of that country. This will be automatically decided by the password he/she enters that which membership he/she have. Moreover if he/she wants to send email in more than one language he/she will be able to do that by selecting language from the email page. A copy will also be send to me of every email and every bounced back email as well as to whom email has been send, seemlessly without any knowledge to the user. After sending email a email should be despatched to the user to show him her where email has been send. Further while registration if user has selected in his/her profile that he want to always send emails to products costing below this and from that country. He will not have to select everytime to whom email has been send. One more facility to bee addedd is if asp webserver do not have cdonts, asp mail server available or on linux sendmail facility is not available we can use from other servers by pipelining to a wrapper. We want solution for both asp, php or perl (but not ver much preferred). But in very short time and good solution.
