PSD / HTML to wordpress

I need a PSD transformed into a wordpress website. Some pages are already made into html+css, so this should save you some time. Special requirements: - Everything has to be self-adjustable through the wordpress admin panel - Room for a picture on every page. This picture must have the ability to be a slider. Something simple is fine, a fade in-out slider. This slider must be able to be different for every page, so not the same pictures on every page. Has to be self adjustable too. - The contact page must have 3 different kinds of information as the website has 3 locations. User must be able to pick a location and the contact details will be loaded from that specific location. Can be made with 3 tabs, pulldown box or something else. - Please put the word Wordpress1 in your description so I know you actually read it. - Must be done no later then in 10 days. - I have no example yet for the news page but it will be quite simple. I've added some jpeg examples, note again that I have some pages already designed in html. I will send you these in a PM.
