Prestahop Module for Auto Import/Export of Products/Orders

My business needs a Prestashop Module to automate the import and export of inventory and orders in Amazon tab delimited format. This is also known as Amazon Order Fullfillment Format and Inventory Loader Format. You can find the format specifications here:

Orders: This part of the module will automatically generate a tab delimited file in the Amazon Order format when a customer places an order in the Prestashop store. This file will be saved in a ftp directory on the PrestaShop site and then be downloaded via ftp for processing. I will be handling the ftp downloads and processing. The product(s) on the order will be packaged and shipped. Another tab file that will contain shipping information (tracking number etc.) that will be uploaded back to a ftp directory. I will be handling the generation of these packaging/shipping tab files in Amazon format and putting them back in the ftp directory. The order module will periodically check the ftp directory for these ftp uploaded files and then load the shipping and tracking information back into PrestaShop and mark the order shipped.

Products: This part of the module will periodically scan an ftp directory for Inventory add/delete files in Amazon Inventory tab format. This part of the module needs to periodically check the ftp directory for these add/delete files and increment/decrement the inventory in the prestashop catalog accordingly.

I would prefer this module use the existing methods within Prestashop PHP to perform imports/updates etc. rather than touching the MySQL directly to maintain the highest degree of stability/compatibility with Prestashop.

I expect this module to be able to recognized by prestashop and be easily installed like any other module that comes with Prestashop. Only a few things needs to be preferenced, such as the ftp directory and the time to check for new files etc., but we will discuss this once your bid is accepted.

I am looking for a long term business partner with good communication skills in English who is willing to continue development on this module from time to time as Prestashop continues to change.

Quality is more important than speed of delivery. This is a medium project for someone familiar with Prestashop and seasoned at PHP. If you have developed modules for Prestashop before, I'd love to see a sample of your work.
