Company & Customer Extranet

We are looking for an online portal for our business. Customer side: We want to allow customers to login to the portal to view their current and past invoices (pdf) current and past projects (pdf), access a library of manuals (pdf) based on the equipment they have (we would select what they have on the admin side). A support ticket system where they can request support. Calendar showing any upcoming interactions between us and the customer (service call, etc). The system should send an email to the customer everytime their account is updated. Would like the main page after login to be customizable to the customer (movable mods on the page, etc) Admin side: Should allow for different admin levels with different access. Should be able to create invoices that will save to the customers account, and email the customer the invoice. The invoice should be pdf. Invoice layout should be editable so to fit our current invoices. Support ticket system. Staff scheduling & calendar for each login. Should be able to view history of a customer. Should have a section for inventory for both sales and rentals and be able to create a pick ticket. Should be able to create a new job (install or rental (two different types)) and manage that job with the customer being able to see progress. We may need additional features at a later date. The person who writes this project will receive additional work to create newer mods in the future. Looking for php and mysql.
