Drink Recipe Search

I'm looking to create an advanced drink recipe search that would function in one of two ways.

1 - When the user searches, we do a search of 8 different drink recipe sites in real time

2 - We spider these same 8 sites, and create a cache of the drink recipes from each, and simply search this cache

Either way, the end goal will be to display any matching drink recipe from each of the drink recipe websites in an organized manner, containing a direct link to the page that the recipe came from.

Additional requirements include displaying a top 50 searches list, most recent 20 searches and the ability for the user to mark their preferred recipe from the search results. The highest rated result will be displayed at the top of the list, and we will also rank which drink recipe site (based on this same feedbac) provides the best results.
