Email Marketing System with a user interface that pulls from numberous databases.

I have a place on my website (an adult website) that allows users to add their email addresses to receive additional photos via email. Currently, I have simply been collecting the emails into a MySQL DB because this feature has never been setup. I need someone to setup a verification email process for this. Basically... send an email verify the email address (by making them click a link) then send another email with the picture attached. This is separate from what you see in the picture and for the most part will be static but still need the option to change it if need be. I also have another database of clients which is tied into a pretty basic user interface (so my friend can add client info without getting into phpmyadmin). On this user interface/database I need a few columns added so additional information can be stored. Finally, I need an email system with a user interface. I have created a visual mock up so it shouldn't be too hard to understand. I want from this web accessible page to be able to choose from existing databases, apply filters and then based off of the results choose email addresses to email and then a place to write the email and test it. When sending out emails the system should send no more then 2 or 3 emails a minute. The emails should have a remove from email list option in the header of each email. Married Day of the Week Please note that there is an add button on the top of that header and an edit option when clicking on the clients name that those options need to be on. For "Married" it should have the options yes, no and don't know For the "Day of the Week" it should have each day of the week as an option. I am going to try and use this to contact clients when they likely will have free time based on past appointments. -------------------------Emailing---------------------------- Both the verification email and the email marketing emails should be sent from xxxxxxxxx@[login to view URL] When any email is sent out is should have an unsubscribe option at the top of the email so that we can avoid getting reported as spam as much as possible. Would also like reporting on the emails. Would be nice to know how many of the emails are getting through to the inbox folder and how many are just heading directly to spam, how many were opened, ect A history of emails sent out would be nice but not manditory. After the user receives a verification email they will receive and email with pictures attached. I need a place to edit this email and the attached items. Also if possible when verifying the email it would be nice to get them to enter in their birthdate (must be over 18 cause it is an adult site) and store that information. In the future I will probably be doing some kind of happy birthday email or something.
