iPhone/iPod Touch Application

I'm after an application that will allow you to make notes relating to a location.

Here is the functionality required, I'll provide full details to the successful bidder.

Opening screen has two mandatory ? entry fields

1) Select/Enter the location. The location will be stored in a database.

2) Enter a note for this this location.

Optionally we should be able to enter an address for the location. This way we can make the app location aware so a user can shown notes for that location when they start it up.?

Other screens.

1) Look up a location to see notes for that location. There should be an option to add another note, edit a note or delete a note when viewing the list.

2) Locations - add, edit (eg update address) or delete locations.

I do not have a large budget for this app so the location awereness element is optional ? and I would like a quote both with and without this functionality.

Prefer to work with individuals, large companies please don't bother as your fees will always be too high.

i think I need to clarify what I mean a bit more.

By 'Location' I actually meant the name of a place.

eg 'The Doctors' or 'The Supermarket' or 'Dad's House'. This location would then have an address/co-ordinates that could be entered.

It's become obvious that location has a specific meaning in apps that I wasn't aware of.
