Link Dump Submitter Plus Auto Add of Dump Directories

I need a program that will dump my Links to numerous link dumps. I need this program to have an html viewer option so I can verify while dumping that the site is still active and is accepting my link dump. The database needs to be customizable so I can add and delete link dumps that are no longer valid. I also need it to be able to set timeout and even timer after a successful dump (this is so i can examine the results in the html box and make sure everything is going correctly) I also need it to have a option in which i can enter a link dump url, and the program can crawl the link dump source to get the correct strings to dump my link. This will need someone who is familiar with php and link dumps. There are several different types of scripts that link dumps use, and i would like the program to be able to identify most of them. ## Deliverables I need a link dump sumitter that can submit links to both BBS Sites(like [login to view URL], bbs, etc). I need to be able to add dump sites into the database easily. I would need to just be able to select an option to "add url". I would then need the program to read the source of the page and add the correct strings so I am able to dump my link. I also would like the link dump database to be seperated into a few categories, Adult Dumps, Mainstream Dumps, Adult BBS,Mainstream BBS,Captcha Dumps, Captcha BBS. I am uploaded a video of another link dumper that i use, and basically i would like for it to be upgraded.....
