Need a bot (crawler)

I am looking for a bot to crawl sites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] craigslist.com. Searching for all types of rental properties for example rental houses, apartments, Condos, Townhomes, and vacation homes. Then taking the information from all those listings including price, square footage, description of the property, address, pictures, average utilities, school zones and any other information that can be found about a rental property. Then to take that information and automatically submitting it to my website ezrentfinder.com. ? The purpose of this is to build the amount of listings on the site.? Bot needs to: scan other sites? Pull information, pictures, ect logging into our site creating a listing input all information in the correct fields. deleting listing that have been removed (from [login to view URL] and other sites) updating any changes to the listings
