Hi! I am looking for following integrated Project Management+Payment Integration features on my website that can;
1. Allow User to register & login with Username + Password ( or Admin can register User)
2. Allow Admin to make a project and assign project to customer + Staff (1 or more staff can be assigned to Staff & Customer can interact with each other with messages & exchange files (any kind of). Admin can see all communication. Communication/files can be deleted only by Admin only.
3. Each project files collected in a separate folder assigned to the project. Means only staff / Customer and Admin can access that folder till project is In Progress.
4. Projects will show the status as like In Progress, Closed.
5. User/Staff will not allow to edit any communication + file once sent/uploaded to each other.
6. If User/Staff is uploading any communication/File to project than a email will go to the 2nd person as an intimation that project has been updated. (This intimation sent to the 2nd person to intimate—If User update some in project than email sent to Staff email ID….And if Staff update any file/communication/message to project than email sent to User). And if both are online and updating communication than no mail sent to anybody.
By same username & password customer Integrate Payment integration in website.
1. User can add packages to its cart before final checkout.
2. 3 payment methods (Paypal, Moneybookers, 2checkout)
3. User can select payment method at the time of final checkout.
4. Guest checkout feature in case user does not want to register. (In this case Admin will provide Username+Password to user to access his/her projects)
