I am currently using ActiveCollab and need the following tweaks made:
1) Integrate the billing module with Postal API: [url removed, login to view]
2) Integrate the billing module with PayPal and [url removed, login to view]
3) Allow for the setup of sub-ActiveCollab installations with separate billing information.
4) Customize the menus based on user group. I have the full source so this should be simple.
5) Allow for up to 100 hours for additional tweaks that we discover while working with you.
6) Allow for a period of support over the following six months for maintenance and bug fixes. Should be roughly 25 hours.
7) Tweak the time-tracking and billing module to allow set rates for each project and user.
8) Tweak the time-tracking to allow for standard tasks in a drop down as well as the standard open ended box (the user can choose which to use).
