Employers and temp workers register on the website both enter their phone number and zip code (mile radius).
Temp workers register and enter there phone number and select categories they would like to receive job alerts to. They will also upload a resume along with availability information.
Employers place job ads on the website and select a specific category the job ad belongs too. All temp workers that subscribe to that category get a text message or an email with the job offer, and if they're available and the terms you set suit them, they confirm, and you then get their details such as resume and avail hours by email.
Only suitable for very short term jobs in which no special skill is required.
