I am seeking a qualified Asterisk/FreePBX engineer to setup, configure and secure a new Elastix Appliance running Asterisk/FreePBX hosted phone system for our small company.
Services to be configured as follows
10 x Extensions two have already been configured myself and seem to be correct.
Set up system and configure system for 4 remote extensions to tie into PBX
We have employees who work from home part time. If we can configure the external phones / extensions with the same employee extension numbers is a plus. This will allow anyone on our network to direct dial extension and reach the person regardless of their location.
Setup Direct dial extensions, intercom, paging, fax to email, voicemail to email. All these options are installed features on Elastix PBX
Day and night IVR configuration
1 x IVR
1 x Inbound / Outbound fax using our Elastix PBX
Voicemail to Email setup which is already an option on our Elastix PBX
Upload IVR Voice Recording to Server
Upload On Hold Message to Server
Assistance to configure 4 Cisco 7970 Phones. Phones have been reset but need to be prepared for SIP
Assistance to configure 6 Grandsteam phones
Parking lot configured
Elastix PBX is up and running with a static IP. I believe we have the inbound / outbound trunks setup properly. We’ve made a test call.
Router ports already configured for traffic and port forwarding. Ports to allow remote extensions are configured properly on our Meraki router.
