479525 Custom Thesis 1.8 Sales and Marketing Theme

I need an experienced programmer to build a Sales and Marketing WordPress Theme based on the Thesis 1.8 Theme and to emulate the functions and features of the OptimizePress. This would be a page only based theme for the semi automated squeeze pages and sales pages.
