We are a real estate company with branch offices throughout the state. Each branch has coverage areas by a radius; 12 mile guarantee and 18 mile conditional due to the overlapping of circles.
We then get a spreadsheet of properties to our corporate office that will then be disbursed to our branches based on falling into the respective coverage radius.
Right now we have an admin person type in the address and see whose radius it falls into. Then that branch gets the property to list for sale.
This is okay for now, but we are going to be getting larger volumes or properties at a single time and are looking to automate the process. Ideally we get the list of properties in Excel and there is some sort of program that runs the addresses against the branch offices and automatically assigns the property to the appropriate branch.
