I need a custom site with the following features. The following pages. 1. Home - This is a homepage where all information abot the site is explained in detail. 2. New HYIPs - HYIP listings that are less than 20 days old are listed here. If more than 20 days old and still paying, it should be automatically transferred to Paying HYIPs. If have more than 5 negative feedback, it should be transferred automatically to Non-paying HYIPs. This listing should have simple details and ratings. 3. Paying HYIPs - This is a directory where all HYIPs with positive feedbacks are listed with simple details and rating. 4. Non-Paying HYIPs - This is a page where HYIPs with more than 5 negative ratings are listed. All paying HYIPs with more than 5 negative ratings will be automatically transferred in this listing. Same with Patying HYIPs page, there should be simple details and rating record. 5. Rating sites - This is a page where all listing sites are listed. There should also be ratings. 6. HYIP software - This is a page where all products are listed. There should also be a simple details and rating. All listings in this page is paid. A member should pai to list here. Admin can set how much the cost inside admin panel. 7. HYIP news - This is a page where HYIP news are listed. 8. HYIP articles - This is a page where all articles are listed. 9. Advertise - this is a page where members can buy advertising packages like the advertise page of gobubble.com. 10. Forum - You need to install a VB script which I will provide. 11. contact us - a contact form directing to admin's email inbox. The site needs log-in and only members can access all listings including the forum. The site log-in and forum log-in must be the same. means, when a member joined the site, he will be automatically a forum member. The site needs a registration fee. This registration fee is on monthly basis so it should expire and remind a member every month. The site should have a search field and log-in fields. Search field shoud show any site content when used by a member/non member. All members can submit a site or listings in all pages. There is a fee in submitting a site in New HYIPs page. I need also custom design and that would be discussed later on.
