150673 php pages not loading data

Our Search Engines for some reason on this new server (4 different search engines using our own same php script we have run for years) are having a few issues simply in displaying a few of the admin function pages content. It is the same pages for each of the sites that do not display the content within the admin section like it did a few weeks ago on the other server we had with the same setup etc.. The site and script run fine in regards to searches and members signing up etc. Just the blank pages for some of the admin page functions content loading is the issue I cannot seem to resolve and yet the only issue at hand. Upon logging in to the admin section at [login to view URL] the main admin settings overview page loads just fine as usual. However, about 50% of the admin pages display as blank pages and I simply cannot figure out why. I know it has to be something small I am over looking. I figured I would post it here for a set of fresh eyes to review as someone will most likely see it right away were as I have been looking to hard. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I just need to know what I have set wrong and I can fix it or if you want to fix this first one and let me know what was done to get it to display all of the admin pages fully then I can go and fix the other 3 sites. Either way, it should not take a skilled php programmer more than 30 - 60 minutes tops to resolve this. If you do not think you can in under that time, please do not bid.
