Programmer and a website designer

I need a programmer to assist my site areaboss .com using the efriends from Alstrasoft to work better and also to add a data base into the site. Instead of just working as a site for inviting friends it will be for a business group of a sale force. each areaboss is to pick an area of choice. this we must integrate as a database. once he gets approved after applying he is ready to upload business information and artisans with their mobil numbers, in their area. This will allow everyone without access to the net to still be reached through their mobil phone. The areaboss will upload news, upcoming events and network business opportunities in the area. an area is a demarcated polling station. Also I just purchased the [login to view URL] script from alstrasoft and I want it to work fully as paypal with a debit card card and sms add on.
