Bounce Check Script

I need a simple and quick script written to work with my membership site.

I have a site on a dedicated server that sends thousands, possible millions of email per day soon..

Members can mail each other from the domain, so some mail is internal which is fine, but many opt to mail out. This means I need to ensure the domain is protected and not blacklisted because of hundreds of bounces.

I need a simple script that will check for bounces. If it detects a "hard" bounce, it will immediately suspend the users account and not let them send or recieve mail to their membership account and will not let them sign in!

The system will allow for "soft" bounces, but once they reach 3, again, their account is suspended and they must contact admin to explain a good reason to have account started again.

I use the butterfly marketing script for my membership script and it would help if yor are familiar with this to integrate the bounce check script!
