I am looking for talented programmers that have the skills to design the backend of a website to be *exactly* like [url removed, login to view] in features. Dont mind about the graphics because I'm a designer myself, and am already working on the layout. Payment through Paypal is also necessary.

I will require Multilanguage support through XML or VARS PHP so I can run several languages easily.

Meaning that if I want to add, say, french I can easily add the translation for each item and text, by modifying an .xml file or db or something like that.

Then I select the active language on the backoffice.

I dont need you to waste your time doing a fancy graphic frontend or backend because it is supposed to be applied with my own skin.

Payment will be first by escrow and after the job is done and bugless I release the money onto your account.
