Modify our wordpress blog

We have made a new website and also installed a blog for the same. Now we need someone to have following features on it 1. The blog should have the same header as the website. 2. It should contain the same pages as our website and when someone clicks on that page, it should take him to the relevant page on our site.. 3. The blog should be capable of posting attachments (image / video etc.).. so you may have to configure htaccess etc.. 4. It should also have a video player so that one can link it to youtube.. 5. It should Preferebaly use be a magazine publishing theme such as arthemia but it should be customised to match the look and feel (colors etc) of our site.. I have already installed the blog and The-go-green theme. It can also work provided someone can incorporate the abovementioned 5 features. we feel that it is hardly an hour's work to modify the blog to incorporate abovementioned 5 features therefore $10 would be a reasonable compensation. We need it immediately therefore i am wiling to start (and also finish) it today itself. Please do not bid if you wish to ask for a higher amount or wish to negotiate after placing the bid. Sandy
