I need a Content Management System designed for a website. The site is already done but needs the CMS integrated for an admin side. I also need the website portion designed for a category drop down menu with categories, sub categories and sub sub categories. The developer has to merge this into the existing website. I will need an example of a Content Mangement System previously done before and confidence that the winner can handle this job. I am planning to have this job done for a max of $150.
