Php Script alteration + slight website redesign

I have a very simple project which I need completed... I need someone to take my website files with php script for [url removed, login to view] and slightly redesign the site, one banner or so, and a different color and font scheme and make it so I can run it on a different as a totally different website. I have the website and and hosting already to go.

NEED: I need someone to alter the php script for another website and a slight redesign to my specifications.

This is a Simple project. I will choose based on length of project completion and price.
