Template Design for youtube clone Clipshare

We are about to purchase a youtube clone software for a client called clip-share. The software manufacturers website is [login to view URL] (you can see the demo there). So we need a template created and integrated for the software. The purpose of the clients website is to provide people a chance for revenge and "expose" a person who has done something bad to you that everyone should know about. So its a chance for revenge as well as an opportunity to expose people. The image attached is a logo that was drawn up by the client. SO hopefully this can be used for the theme of the website. I am certainly counting on the creativity of the designer to do this design well. As well, the clipshare software allows the creation and editing of advertising zones so the client can implement banners in various areas. So we will need help in configuring those zones so the client can install banners on various pages. Experience with the clipshare software is a plus, but not a requirement. We are also open to purchase instead any other youtube clone software if it meets or exceeds the current software.
