We are a low budget fansite so were unsure if the price range were looking for will be in the range of any of the freelancers out there, but here is the following project details.
We are looking to develop an online database to store users data on a specific game: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. The features that we are requesting are below.
+ Home Page
+ Show Active News
- Show Active News
+ Administration Panel
+ Ban Users (ability to ban a user)
Ability to ban a user by ip address, host, or username.
+ Block Users (ability to block a user from logging in)
Block a user from logging in with a specified username.
+ Edit Users (edit a user - profile, team, etc)
Edit a specified user. Including Team, Up for Trade, Wanted, Profile, etc.
+ Add News (Add news to front page)
Add News to Front Page.
+ Edit News (edit news)
Edit Existing News
+ User Panel
+ Add Pokemon (Add Pokemon to team - max. 6)
Drop Down Boxes
Box 1: Alphabetical list of Pokemon Names (there are 490, will be provided to project winner)
Box 2: Sex (Female or Male)
Box 3: Level (1-99)
Submit button
Note: If more than 6 already exist for user, throw an error and prompt user to delete or edit existing.
+ Edit Team (Edit/Delete any one of 6 pokemon on team)
Give user ability to edit or delete existing team.
+ Add For Trade (Add Pokemon for Trade)
Drop Down Boxes
Box 1: Alphabetical list of Pokemon Names (there are 490, will be provided to project winner)
Box 2: Sex (Female or Male)
Box 3: Level (1-99)
Submit button
+ Edit Trades
Give user ability to delete/edit Pokemon up for trade.
+ Add Wanted (Add Pokemon Wanted.)

Give user ability to edit/delete existing wanted pokemon.
+ Edit Profile (Edit Users Profile - sex, age, dob, friend code, etc)
Give user ability to edit their profile - sex, age, dob, etc
+ User Registration (ask for general information, username, pw, etc)
Ask for general information: username, password, dob, email, etc
+ User Profile (Information shown on a user profile when you view)
+ Sex
+ Age
+ DOB
+ Current Team
3 Column table: Level | Pokemon | Sex (display in numer. by level)
+ Up for Trade
3 Column Table: Pokemon | Level | Sex (display in alpha. by pokemon name)
+ Wanted
2 Column Table: Pokemon | Sex
+ Friend Code
Note: You can also submit bids with features taken out, etc.
