I have a site right now that has a custom php real estate script script that runs on a mysql database. Here it is: [url removed, login to view]
Right now the listings are sorted in this manner:
First by Category (alphabetical order)
Listings in the county (sorted by amount of acres smallest to biggest)
Additionally the pending listing in that county are pushed to the bottom of the county.
Then below that, It displays the counties that have zero active listings.
Below that it reproduces the counties that had sold listings in them.
HERE is the Changes we need:
We don't want the pending listings to be pushed to the bottom of the county anymore. We want them to be sorted by the size of acres like the rest of the listings in their county.
We want the "sold listings" to be below the active listings in their own county group exactly like they are now EXCEPT they will NOW be above all the counties shown with no active listings.
So it will be sorted like this:
Counties in alphabetical order still
Active and pending listings sorted by the amount of acreage (smallest to biggest)
Then it will show the sold listings by county like the are on the site now.
Then it will show all counties that do not have active listings in them below that.
I need someone who knows what they are doing. No beginners wanted. This site is live so please do not make the revised page visible until I review it.
Please be honest about your completion times.
