571011 PHP script modification 2

We are an insurance company and we pay commissions based on a mlm system. Everything is working fine regarding the commission calculations and when we click a button on the commissions page then it does the following: 1) the commission reports are sent to members as a pdf document. This is working. 2) we want the same html report to be posted to the member's member area. 3) we want the script to display the reports of members who dont have email addresses so that it can be printed. 4) we want to be able to view the pdf reports of all members in our admin area. 5) we want a feature to view a summary of the commissions paid during that commission run stating the name, point during that period, status/ level of member and amount paid. All of these are already available on the commission reports so it just has to be extracted there and put in one report. Numbers 2-4 above worked fine until recently when a coder made a change and things went wrong. Number 5 is new. This project is for an experienced and very good php / mysql coder. We would also start working with someone who would be available for regular coding projects, must be available on Skype, excellent communication in English and must keep us informed of progress.
