I would like an online appointment book that I can put in to a wordpress site So people can see availabilities but not the names of other appointments, to let them book an appointment Or if the time is taken they can book in a cancellation list on stand by which notifies them if it becomes available. Appointments will need to be in set times of the day 10am -7pm and amounts of time for example 20, 40, 70, 100 minutes each and a price point for each amount of time that can be changed. It also needs to be able to take deposits and Payments online if the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice the deposit 25% is refunded and one hour before the appointment time is reached the payment is deducted in full. It will need to send email or SMS reminders 48 hours before The appointment.
