Docebo has a plugin for Magento to enable Docebo courses to be purchased through Magento and new users who purchase a course to be added to the Docebo database.
The task - using the plugin and the Docebo API - is to create a branded Magento front end to a pilot Docebo installation with the existing 15 courses to be displayed in a Magento catalogue for users to purchase. Some of these may be free; others chargeable. The Docebo pilot is running on a LAMP server as an AWS EC2 instance.
The Magento front end should provide single signon for registered users to view courses in Docebo using the plugin. News and calendar modules should be enabled.
Affiliate code from AffiliatePro also needs to be incorporated into the shopping cart to log affiliate sales.
Stage 1 will be completed by payment for a course through Magento, logging of the payment as an affiliate sale, and confirmation that the user can log onto the course from Magento.
Stage 2 of the project requires the stripping out of all courses, users and branding from the Docebo/Magento pilot to create a vanilla version of the server and software.
The successful bidder will be expected to install and implement Magento and AffiliatePro on a development server - a separate EC2 instance of the existing Docebo server and then manage the upgrade of the production server and the creation of the vanilla server.
