update paypal checkout page project

We have an oscommerce website which sells [url removed, login to view] have already integrated paypal with our payment mode. But our paypal model can not process the buyer's credit card directly, who needs to regsiter as a Paypal account for this option ( see the attached screenshot" our exsiting model").
